ARKLinks is a sole proprietorship registered in Tokyo, Japan. These terms cover
orders placed through this store.

ORDERS

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we charge your card and
confirm by email. If we cannot fulfil an order — the tea is not available, the
address is outside the United States, or we suspect fraud — we will cancel it and
refund you in full.

PRICES

Prices are in US dollars and include shipping and import duties. We may change
prices, but never for an order already placed.

AGE

You must be able to form a binding contract where you live to order from us.

WHAT WE SELL

Tea. It is a food product, grown on one farm and packed by hand. Leaf varies
between harvests and between fields — that variation is the point, and it is not
a defect.

We make no claims about health, medical benefit, or nutritional content, and
nothing on this site should be read as one.

OUR CONTENT

The words and photographs on this site are ours. Please do not republish them
commercially without asking. Ask and we will usually say yes.

IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG

Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these
terms removes rights you have under the law where you live.

These terms are governed by Japanese law.
