Nothing is chosen until you order and nothing is sitting in a warehouse, so most of that time is the tea being picked out at the farm and sent to us before it ships from Japan.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eDuties and taxes\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIncluded. We pay them before the parcel leaves Japan, so nothing is owed on arrival and customs will not hold it for payment. We ship to the United States only.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eIf something goes wrong\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIf a bag arrives damaged, or the parcel does not arrive at all, we replace it or refund you.
